This picture was taken at the lookout point on the road to Mt Norquay in Banff National Park.
I got out of my car and saw this guy on the road. I thought to myself, "I would love a picture of him." But, he ran into the forest before I even grabbed my camera. So, I shrugged to myself and made my way onto the grassy knoll. Within a few minutes, I saw him coming out of the forest and began snacking on the grass. I watched him for a while and was concentrating on taking "close up" pictures of his face. Then he moved to this spot, and all of a sudden, I saw the whole picture with the mountains in the background. It was a very cool moment.
